Moment of Truth - Scottish Rowers Face the Final Test
At the end of their stay in Regensburg and the one-week training camp, the Scottish rowers had to show which level of achievement they had reached.
Luckily, the test runs coincided with a blocking of ship traffic on the Danube in order to allow for inspection and maintainance of all the sluices along the way.
The course ran from kilometer 2385 down to the boathouse at 2383.
Obviously, the coaches were quite pleased with the results and all the other aspects of their one-week stay because they signalled that they would like to come back next year. From the point of view of the RRK there is no reason why they should not. They will always be welcome.
